Oat and banana pancakes topped with frozen raspberries and agave syrup

Treat yourself this weekend with juicy yet healthy pancakes made from banana and oatmeal topped with frozen raspberries and agave syrap. They are easy to make, filled with good nutrients and of course super tasty. This recipe comes from talented Ebba Hägglund that creates inspirational content with a big wide variety of different food on her social media @satanvagott.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 2 eggs

  • 1/2 dl oatmeal 1 pinch of salt

  • 2 tbsp coconut oil 2 dl frozen raspberries

  • 1/2 tsp agave syrup

Instructions  

1. Mix the banana, eggs, oatmeal and salt in a blender or with a stick blender.

2. Fry the banana pancakes in coconut oil on medium heat until they have a golden brown surface. 3. Crush raspberries by squeezing the raspberry package.

3. Serve the banana pancakes with the raspberry crumble and drizzle with agave syrup. Enjoy!
