Gluten free Banana bread

Are you looking for a bread that is perfect for breakfast or even an afternoon snack? This gluten free bread made with oats is the perfect healthy alternative.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas

3 eggs

4 dl gluten free oats

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1 tablespoon flax seeds

1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

1 teaspoon baking soda

2 pinches of sea salt

2 tablespoons of honey or maple syrup for a sweeter taste (Optional)

Topping

1 banana

1 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Put the oven on 175 C.

  2. Mix all the ingredients using a blender.

  3. Grease a loaf pan with coconut oil and pour the batter into the pan.

  4. Peel and split the banana in half and place in on top of the bread.

  5. Bake the bread for 30-40 minutes until it is golden brown.

  6. Let it cool for a couple of minutes. Enjoy!
