Yogurt bowl with collagen powder, berries, seeds and nut butter

Ingredients

This is an example of dosage. Use desired amount of each ingredient or try different toppings of berries, fruits, and seeds.

2 dl of Natural Yogurt (Greek or Turkish)

2 tablespoons Collagen powder from Women sync

2 tablespoons Chia seeds

1 banana

1 dl strawberries

0,5 dl Blueberries

1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds

1 tablespoon goji berries

0,5 dl almonds

0,5 dl of almond butter

Sprinkle over the desired amount of hemp seeds

Instructions

Mix yogurt with collage powder and chia seeds.

Slice the banana and top off with berries, seeds, and nut butter.
