Dark chocolate bites

Are you a chocolate lover you definitely have to try out these dark chocolate bites. They are quick and super easy to make, done in under 20 minutes.

Needless to say, they are packed with nutrient-dense foods such as almond flour, dates, and nuts.

Ingredients

Base:
3 dl almond flour
1 dl almonds
1/2 dl hemp seeds
10 dates
1,5 tbsp coconut oil
1 pinch of salt
1 tbsp water
3 tbs cacao

Topping:
150 g dark chocolate
2 tbsp coconut oil
Flake salt (optional)

Instructions

Mix all ingredients for the base in a blender. Press out the dough in a cake pan covered with baking paper. Put in the freezer for a couple of minutes. Cut them into squares.
