Chocolate protein bars

In the mood for something sweet? These super easy, 3 ingredient organic vegan protein bars that taste just like sticky brownies! These are made by Ida Björnsund, a certified nutritionist that is focusing on nutrient-dense food. Go to her Instagram @guiltfree_living for more inspiration.
Ingredients
15 fresh Medjool dates
1 dl of cocoa
1.5 dl pea protein or other protein powder
1/2 dl collagen (optional)
2 tablespoons of coffee (optional)
Topping
10 Medjool dates
1/2 dl coconut oil
1/2 dl cocoa mixed
Instructions
Mix all ingredients for the dough in a blender or food processor. Add a little water if needed. Shape bars and enjoy!
For the topping mix all the ingredients until it becomes creamy.
