Creamy kale smoothie

This easy to make green kale smoothie is packed with nutrient dense ingredients that have anti-inflammatory and detoxifying effects.

Ingredients:

1 handful of kale

1 banana

1 teaspoon wheatgrass

1 teaspoon spirulina

1,5 dl pineapple

1,5 dl mango

2 dl almond milk

Instructions:

Mix all the ingredients in a blender. We are using frozen fruit and kale as it makes for great temperature of the smoothie without adding ice. It is also a perfect way to preserve fruit that might go bad otherwise.
