Glowing Skin Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie recipe only takes a few minutes to make, tastes delicious and the ingredients are known to have great be benefits.

The avocado
The avocado. Avocados are known to hydrate the skin, bringing back that glow we all love.

Mango
Mangos contain carotenoids, which help our skin glow. Carotenoids help give a rosy glow to dull-looking skin. And pineapples are high in vitamin C, which is key to the production of collagen, giving our skin its firmness and strength.

√ Spinach and kale
Spinach OR kale may be used. Both are nutrient-dense superfoods.

√ Coconut water
Is known to be incredibly hydrating.

√ Flax seeds
Flax seeds are rich in omega-3 fatty acids, antioxidants as well as fiber, and greatly moisturize and nourish your skin.

√ Collagen
Collagen is a major component of your skin. It plays a big role in strengthening the skin, as well as in elasticity and hydration.

Ingredients

Simply add these ingredients to a blender:

  • 2 dl Coconut water (Add more coconut water if needed to thin out)

  • 1 banana

  • 2 dl pineapple

  • 2 dl mango

  • 2 dl Spinach or kale

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 tablespoon flax seeds

  • 1 tablespoon collagen powder

  • 1 tablespoon chickpea protein powder
