Chickpea steaks with oven baked cabbage
Are you searching for inspiration on food that are lunch box appropriate? These chickpea steaks are easy to make, and can be put in the freezer so that you can easily use it for your lunchbox whenever you need it. In this recipe the chickpeas are served with an oven baked sugarloaf cabbage, crumbled feta cheese and oven baked vegetables.

Ingredients
Steaks
200g chickpeas
1 egg
100g feta cheese
1 clove of garlic
1 pot of basil
30g parmesan
Salt, pepper
Oat flour (to cover the patties before frying them)
Butter
Instructions
Mix the ingredients in a food processor, and taste with possibly more spices. Form patties and cover them with oat flour before frying them in butter
Sugarloaf cabbage: Divide the cabbage into 4, and bake in the oven at 225 degrees for about 20-30 minutes.
Serve with crumbled feta cheese, salad of your choice (or oven veggies), and possibly sriracha mayo!
