Pom & Flora green smoothie

This smoothie is perfect for you to mix in the morning and enjoy all day. It is a large batch and makes almost 1l, drink a glass at home and pack the rest in a bottle and drink during the day.

4 dl frozen spinach

1/2 dl frozen or 1/2 of a fresh avocado

1 dl frozen pineapple

1/2 green apple

1/2 banana

1/2 lemon, peeled

1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

2-3 cm of a fresh ginger

(protein powder optional)

5-6 dl of your favorite plant milk

Put all your ingredients in a blender and enjoy!
