September challenge - tips to increase your results

Having the right mindset throughout the challenge is important. We want you to go through the challenge successfully and mindfully and be there for you if you face any obstacle.

We have listed down a few things that are good to have in mind throughout the challenge.

  1. The first step is to show up

    Focus on one day at a time. The classes are never longer than 30 minutes and are designed to ease you into the challenge

  2. Avoid skipping

    It is easy to skip a day, it’s also easy not to skip a day. The compounding effect of all the workout days is where you grow.

  3. Eat well

    Nourish your body with quality food. Allow the challenge to be a way to reboot your eating healthy habits. We have so many exciting and delicious recipes coming your way throughout the challenge that we hope will inspire you to maintain your healthy eating habits.

  4. Rest well

    We rest every third day. That means plenty of time to recuperate. Keep in mind that when you work out regularly the rest days are just as important as the workout days. So use the wisely and make sure to always make space for them.

  5. Share with us

    Share your workouts/setup with us on Instagram. We will repost to inspire other women in the challenge with you or for other women to join you in the challenge.
