Raw balls made from dates and cashews

Ingredients
175 g dried dates
1 lemon (zest)
2 tbsp lemon juice
150 g cashews
40 g chia seeds
30 g of coconut
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a food processor. The easiest way is to grate the lemon zest before squeezing the lemon juice.
Create bite-sized balls.
Roll the date balls in coconut flakes and keep them in the fridge.
