Vegetarian lunch wrap with Sauerkraut

Easy to make wrap with Sauerkraut and hummus.

Ingredients:

2 servings

2 Tortilla breads

1 small bag of Spinach

1 Halloumi

Approx. 10 Cherry tomatoes

1 dl Sauerkraut

1 dl Hummus

1 tablespoon olive oil

(Or use the desired amount of each ingredient)

Instructions:

Fry bread with olive oil in a pan or heat in the oven for a couple of minutes until lightly browned. Spread hummus on top and place all the ingredients, finish by drizzling some olive oil on top.
