5 tips to make the most of your Withsara workout

We want you to get the most out of your Withsara experience. You deserve to enjoy every class you take and we have listed up five tips to help improve your experience:

  1. Use any device

Pick any device you have to play the video from. Have you ever tried sending the video to your TV?

  2. Video stopping?

Our workout player tries to detect how good your internet connection is and displays the streaming quality accordingly. But if you are having trouble with the video stopping or loading during the workout, make sure you lower the quality of the video. In the right corner of the player, you will find a setting button to choose the quality of your video. The automatic setting is the highest quality but sometimes that can be too high for certain devices and connections. Choosing a lower quality such as 1080p will still give you a great experience but prevent the video from stopping.

  3. Play music

We suggest a playlist that fits the workout. the playlist is listed underneath each class to make the class even better! It is all about enjoying and having fun when working out, so listening to your favorite playlist during a workout can be a good addition.

  4. What to eat before working out

Make sure you don't eat anything heavy right before your workout. Working out on a full stomach can make it less enjoyable. Schedule your workout a couple of hours after a meal or before you have a big meal. Grab a banana or a light snack if you are hungry prior to the workout.

  5. Center yourself

Before starting the workout, take a minute just to center yourself with a few deep breaths so when you start you have cleared your head and are more relaxed.

Hi! I'm Sara, the founder of Withsara. I have been a fitness group instructor, Barre teacher and Yoga teacher for over 10 years. I am also a certified Nutritional Health Coach from IIN in New York, USA.

After giving birth to my two beautiful daughters, I have had to build up my body twice after my pregnancies. With my experience, I have created a workout that is a great combination of low impact, functional movement, pilates, barre, and yoga. It builds up deep core strength, creates sustainable and lasting change, relieves physical tension and mental stress, and gives you an overall healthier and happier body.
