Pom & Flora chia pudding

Pom och Flora is Sara’s all-time favorite breakfast place in Stockholm. We are lucky to get their secret ingredients to their delicious chia pudding that is full of nutrition and tastes incredible. My recommendation is to make it in the evening so it will be ready to go the morning after!

Ingredients (2 portions)

1/2 dl chia,

1/2 dl cranberries

1/2 dl dried apricot

1/2 dl sunflower seeds

2 tbsp Hemp

2 dates, pieces

1 teaspoon Cardamom

4-5 dl of your favorite plant milk

Instructions

Measure out all the ingredients except the milk in a bowl. Add the milk a little at a time and stir well in between. If necessary, add more milk. Chia seeds depending on the brand tend to need different amounts of milk, the pudding should be creamy. Top your chia pudding with your favorite fruits, berries & granola.

Enjoy!
