Pregnancy classes

The Withsara pregnancy classes are carefully designed for you to do throughout your whole pregnancy. Our goal is for you to feel safe while working out, to stay healthy in your body and mind, and keep up your strength and mobility.

We always recommend consulting a physician or healthcare provider before engaging in Withsara workouts during your pregnancy.

The pregnancy classes include both strength classes such as Barre, pilates, and HIIT and then more mindful classes such as yoga, stretch, and breathing. You should be able to find a class for you no matter how you are feeling each day.

Listen to your body

Listen to your body in every class. Don’t exhaust yourself. Allow yourself to take breaks when your body needs it. Every day is going to be different for you so make sure that you pick a workout that feels right for you each time. On the platform, you will find stretch classes, Barre, HIIT, breathwork, Pilates, and yoga for you to really pick the most suitable class for you.

Stay hydrated

Keep a glass of water close by in every class to stay hydrated. It is so important to stay hydrated, especially for the classes that will make you sweat. Make sure to nurture yourself with good food after the class as well for you to stay energized and get the most out of your workouts as well.

Injury

If you have any pregnancy injury such as SPD, SI joint dysfunction, DR, or Sciatica please read our guidelines on what to avoid and how to manage it. We have tagged the classes specifically that are not suitable for any of those injuries.

Enjoy moving during your pregnancy, never be hard on yourself and remember that resting is sometimes all you need.
