How to limit evening snacking
Are you an evening snacker?
It's late in the evening and your stomach is rumbling. The challenge is to search for ways to limit snacking in the evening and grab a healthy choice.
I have some tips for you to limit snacking in the evening and even how to skip entirely:
Dehydration can be one of the reasons why you are craving something sweet in the evening. Drink your 2 L of water during the day!
My best tip for you: Make sure you don’t have anything unhealthy to snack on in the kitchen. If you have easy access to unhealthy food, it is very likely that bad choices will be made in the evening.
Prepare for your snack craving by making healthy raw snacks to store in the freezer, buy a nice tea that you like drinking or grab a fruit soon after dinner to avoid becoming hungry again.
Make sure to eat regularly over the day and that you are getting all the nutrition that you need.
