Are you lacking the motivation to work out lately? Are you finding yourself not fully committed and consistent with your workout routine? Don´t blame yourself and remember you are not alone. So many of our members had exactly this problem before starting Withsara.
I want to share some of our member's stories that I hope will inspire you. First, how they used Withsara to help them find their routine in only a few weeks after joining Withsara. And Second, what they felt and experienced afterward.
How members use Withsara to find a workout routine:
To follow a plan. We create a plan for our members for them to follow so they only need to show up, work out, and reap the rewards. Withsara offers new Weekly schedule every Monday and challenges. Our next Summer challenge is starting on the 2nd of May.
Withsara challenges. Our next up challenge is the Summer challenge which is going to be the best way for you to get your workout routine back. Our members love the challenges because they are effective, fun, and motivating.
To gain confidence when working out. The classes put a lot of emphasis on technique and performance. When you know you are doing the exercises correctly you will feel more comfortable doing the workouts. Modifications are shown with almost every move for you to tone down the class when you need to. That way you will have the class fit your capability.
Seeing and feeling results quickly. A lot of members start to feel the difference only after a couple of weeks. The first things they have in common are to feel happier and more energized, the core getting stronger and their posture improving.
Saving time. None of the classes are longer than 30 minutes which means that they can easily be fitted into your day. On days you have little time you can go for 10 minutes classes, all depending on you. You will learn that a good workout is not measured in the duration of the class, it is the quality of the workout. With those options, you are in charge of your time and can find a class that fits you that day.

One on Wednesdays and an optional rest day on weekends. For the weekend rest day, we provide you with an outdoor activity, such as a walk or a short run, to complement your workouts.
