Detox matcha smoothie

In the mood for a healthy green smoothie that is easy to make and full of nutrients?

Try this creamy yet refreshing smoothie containing probiotics, protein, heart healthy fats and antioxidants. It is perfect to do as a pre or post workout snack or in the morning to keep your blood sugar in balance!

Servings: 2

Ingredients

1 Banana
1 dl of Pineapple chunks
1 dl Mango
1 Avocado
1 cup of kale
1 table spoon flax seeds
2 cm of Ginger
1/2 Lemon
1 bag of probiotics
3 dl Coconut water
1 tablespoon Matcha mix powder (we are using one from Kiano)

Instructions

Mix all the ingredients in a blender. You can use frozen fruit as it makes for great temperature of the smoothie without adding ice. It is also a perfect way to preserve fruit that might go bad otherwise.
