Why we are improving Withsara now

Our wonderful members have regularly shared with us how we can improve Withsara and help them get even more out of their membership. Since last summer we have been working through that feedback and the new Withsara member area is the result of that work. Thank you!

The core of Withsara has always been the workouts themselves, and they continue to be our priority. But we now have created a technological foundation that will allow us to build on top of Withsara, improve the experience even further, and take us to the future together.

So here is what's new on Withsara.

Workout history

One of the most requested features is the ability to mark a workout as complete. By pressing the 'Mark as complete' button under each workout video, it will turn green and your progress will be saved and available to view under 'Your workouts'. You will also be able to track your day-to-day progress when marking a workout as complete in the Weekly schedule or Programs & challenges.

Favorite workout

Look for the heart by hovering over a workout thumbnail or going to a specific workout. By pressing it you save a workout as a favorite and you can always access it under 'Your workouts'.

Filtering and sorting workouts

Sort classes by date and popularity, and use up to 7 filters to find a class that is right for your mood and body. This section will also allow you to find new classes more easily that you might not have known about otherwise.

New and popular workouts

We will of course continue to publish new classes each Monday but with an increased focus on bringing you new workouts across class categories. New and the most popular classes for the last 30 days can be found on the 'For you' page.

Pre & postnatal safety and other tags

Below the description of each workout, we have a new section that tells you more about the workout. Such as the goal of the workout, what equipment you need, if any, the intensity, and how suitable the workout is for pregnant women or women who have just given birth. You can also filter the workouts by these tags.

And so much more

As you start using and exploring your new member area, you will start noticing small little changes and updates that are designed to help you find the workouts and information you need more easily.

A: Simply re-login here, and you have gained access

Q: Do I still have access to all the workouts?
A: Yes, all the workouts are in the new member area, with additional programs and challenges

Q: I have issues logging in, what do I do?
A: If you have any issues, email us at support@withsara.co and we will fix the issue
