Monday

Today we have a super fun, challenging whole-body workout where we will mix the arms and legs in different sequencing.  Almost every exercise works the whole body so we will work slow to keep control and feel safe during the whole workout.  Use weights if you want to but it is not necessary if you feel like skipping them today. 

Equipment: Something that feels like max 1 kg (dumbbell, water bottles or a can of beans). One for each arm.

Tuesday

Mini: Legs

Equipment: Something that feels like max 1 kg (dumbbell, water bottles, or a can of beans). One for each arm.

Join me for a lovely whole body stretch with a focus on the hips.  We will move softly, using the breath and feeling deep stretch for the whole body.  Perfect to do after a workout or just whenever you feel like stretching.

Wednesday

Today is a rest day. Take a lovely walk or a light jog if you like. I will see you in the Home workout tomorrow!

Thursday

We have a whole body burn today.  We will play with different exercises both standing up and on the floor. I encourage you to modify exercises if you need to and enjoy the workout!

Equipment: None

Friday

Balancing, twisting and opening with a little advanced inversion for you in the end if you want to try it out. Be careful and choose the modification if you don’t feel ready yet.

Saturday

Deep lower body work that will make the muscles shake. We work the core in different ways like always. It is so important to build up deep strength in our core and I focus on that in each workout. Enjoy!!

Sunday

Mini: Core

This session will work on your overall mobility as well as strengthen your center. This is one of my favorite classes!
