Monday
Today we have a super fun, challenging whole-body workout where we will mix the arms and legs in different sequencing. Almost every exercise works the whole body so we will work slow to keep control and feel safe during the whole workout. Use weights if you want to but it is not necessary if you feel like skipping them today.
Equipment: Something that feels like max 1 kg (dumbbell, water bottles or a can of beans). One for each arm.
