How does the Weekly schedule work?
The Weekly schedule is your weekly workout plan and is the most popular feature on Withsara. We suggest what you do. You show up, follow the plan, and reap the rewards.
A new schedule arrives each Monday and is filled with the newest workouts on Withsara, from all workout categories. With no workout longer than 30 minutes. You can view a sample Weekly schedule here.
What are the workouts like?
The schedule is simple. The workout will consist of the newest Home workouts designed for maximum results and time efficiency. Along with the Home workout, we will add Yoga, Mobility, Mini Series, Strength and Stretching for variability. You can read about each workout type here.
What can I expect?
You can expect to build up deep strength, and tone and lengthen your muscles. As you move through the weeks, your body will begin to feel stronger and leave you motivated and wanting more.
You can expect to save time, as each workout is never longer than 30 minutes. Each workout is short, effective, and sweaty.
