Pre & postnatal classes
Description
The classes are designed to help you feel safe, empowered both during and after pregnancy. I want to help you feel strong throughout your pregnancy and build up your strength safely after giving birth.
The classes are safe for all trimesters and will focus on keeping your body strong and mobile during your pregnancy with Barre, pilates, yoga, HIIT, breathwork, and stretching. After pregnancy, the main focus is to work on the breath, pelvic floor muscles, and gentle movement to help you get back into moving safely.
