Mini series
Description
Life can get busy and we want the workouts to be accessible for everyone. The goal with the Mini series is to serve women that do not have 30 minutes a day to move but still want to get some exercise in. Each Mini series focuses on a specific body part, the arms, core, and lower body. So in each session, you work on a focused body part to its maximum.
