Description
The breathing classes are here to offer an additional complement to your health routine. Improving your recovery and oxygen uptake ability are just two of many factors that make breathwork a valuable addition to your other workouts. In addition, becoming more aware of your breathing on a daily basis can reduce stress, help you become more present, and has many other health benefits. Each class has a different purpose and focus. The length of the classes varies from short exercises of 5-10 minutes to longer sessions of 30 minutes. Feel free to start with the introduction class and continue your exploration from there.
