Beginners classes

Description
In these classes, we will take measured and modified versions of the Withsara classes so when you're ready you will be more familiar with the exercises. These classes are perfect if you want to slowly start investing in the workouts as well for pregnant and postnatal women. Please consult your physician or health care provider before starting the Withsara program during and after pregnancy. Here you will find more about my guidelines for pregnancy and postnatal before you begin.
