About the challenge

What is the goal of the Strength challenge?

Sara and Karin team up for the Withsara Strength challenge and bring you the best classes available to build strength and get inspired by new movements and energy. This is a way to get a good and enjoyable challenge, build up a sustainable workout routine, and become stronger and more energized.

Karin’s classes

Karin's classes are based on strength flow that will challenge you in a different way in each class. They will boost your strength and muscular endurance. Karin uses equipment such as dumbells and mini bands and some classes are full body and others focus on specific body parts. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced you will be challenged in different ways, you will have lots of fun and get ready to sweat!

Sara’s classes

Sara’s classes are low-impact and Pilates-based and will tone your muscles and strengthen your core muscles in the best way. They are designed for you to get the most efficient whole-body workout with a variable of exercises from Barre, Pilates, strength and Yoga. Each class is 30 minutes or less.

Who is the challenge for?

Anybody who is longing for a strong and toned body, more energy and motivation, a good workout routine, and consistency. Each class shows modifications and more advanced versions so the challenge is suitable for any fitness level, so no matter where you are in your fitness journey get ready to be challenged. 

What does a typical week look like?

Mon: Lower body strength with a mini band (16 min)
Tue: Pilates strength full body (25 min)
Wed: Outdoor activity, Walk/run
Thu: Pilates core flow (20 min)
Fri: Heavy full body strength (20 min)
Sat: Pilates flow (18 min)
Sun: Rest

Meet your instructors

Karin Lundström
I believe in working on natural movements in various ways to move and feel more fully. And play with it! I believe in the power of moving from where you are to where you want to be sometimes with small effort, and sometimes with more rigorous training.

My classes are strength flows that consist of natural movements challenged in a playful way to make you move, feel and look your fullest. Exercises come from classic strength and gymnastic discipline with little or no equipment. All classes scalable to all levels.

Building up a consistent workout routine for me is key to reaching your health goals. Finding joy in moving and choosing movement that makes your body and soul feel at its best should always be what you aim for.

In my classes, you can expect to strengthen the entire body with sculpting and toning pilates-based movements. Each class is carefully designed for you to always get the most out of each class, leaving your body and mind in balance and empowered. All classes scalable to all levels.
