Who is the September challenge for?

Whether you’ve been training with us for a while, or you're brand new to Withsara, there’s something for you in the September challenge.

The challenge is suitable for all experience levels. From beginners to experts. We even include modifications to each exercise to help you build strength and I will guide you through the classes to help you reach your goals.

What are the motivational emails?

Throughout the challenge, we will send you reminders to keep you motivated, talk about the upcoming classes of the week, and give tips on health and nutrition.

What do you do during the September challenge?

The challenge structure is simple. We work two days on, and one day off. Your workout days will consist of Sara’s class, Barre, Yoga, Mobility, Mini Series, HIIT and Meditation. As we move further into the program, the load increases to keep up with all your new strength. Here's what a Challenge week will look like.

Mon: Sara's class (30 minutes)
Tue: Mini series + Mobility (20-30 minutes)
Wed: Rest
Thu: Withsara HIIT (20-30 minutes)
Fri: Sara's class (30 minutes)
Sat: Rest
Sun: Yoga / Meditation

The challenge is not about being perfect, it’s about continuing to show up for yourself every week. If you miss a workout for some reason you can also use the rest days to catch up on what you have missed. Find your way, be gentle with yourself and listen to what the body needs.

What if you miss the start of the Challenge?

The September challenge will be available from Monday, 5 September. Most women enjoy starting on the official start date to be able to follow the challenge in real-time and get motivational emails.

However, if you’ve missed the start of the September challenge, you can still sign up and start when it suits you the best.

What happens at the end of the Challenge?

30 days of working out is a lot. It's important to reflect on what you think went well, and what you can do to improve. But most importantly, you have established a good workout routine and should use the momentum you have to continue to work out consistently. Once you’ve completed the Challenge we recommend that you jump straight into the Weekly schedule or create your own schedule out of the Withsara workout library.

Now you know what to expect during the September challenge, it’s time to join! Take this opportunity to care for your health and mental balance, and establish a good workout routine for the fall.

See you on the mat.
