The core of the Withsara workouts is a perfect balance of pilates, barre, and Strength. Doing this mix of workout several days a week will help to tone your body and make your muscles longer and leaner over time. We use controlled movements to build body strength, flexibility and endurance.

1. Sara’s class
For all fitness levels.
Sculpts beautiful long lean lines throughout your entire body using precise, low impact movements.
You receive three workouts a week, each workout is only 30 minutes and works on deep core strength and sculpts your body in a beautiful way. You will feel a burn in your muscles like never before and break a good sweat.
2. Mini Series
For all fitness levels.
Each Mini series is 10-15 minute workout that focuses on a specific body part and training it to the maximum, the arms, core, and lower body.
Life can get busy and we want the workouts to be accessible for everyone. The goal with the Mini Series is to service the ones that do not have 30 minutes a day to move but still want to hone in on a muscle group and get some burn.
3. Strength & mobility
For all fitness levels.
These classes are a perfect balance between toning your body, building strength and opening your body up with mobility work.
Strength & mobility is gentle for the body but so effective because it focuses on building up deep core strength while working on opening up the body to increase your posture and keep your body healthy.
