It's time to level up and take your workout routine to the next level with our new 4-week challenge. The Level up challenge is designed to push you a little bit harder and give your muscles the workout they need to tone and sculpt your entire body. We have handpicked a selection of workouts that will help you build strength and endurance, ensuring that you see and feel the results. Join us and see what your body is truly capable of.
During the 4-week challenge, your workouts will include Sara's class, which focuses on building endurance, as well as High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) and Barre exercises that will help you to tone and sculpt your muscles. In addition to these workouts, there will be Power Yoga flows incorporated into the challenge to help improve your mobility.
To ensure your body has time to recover and recharge, rest days will be scheduled every 4th day. On these days, we highly recommend participating in a stretch class to allow your muscles to recover properly.
