A 7 day challenge to firm up your abs, tone and strengthen your core, and build lean and long muscle.
Your core is central for strength, helps you move your lower and upper body more effectively, and lowers your risk of injury. In this 7-day core challenge, we will strengthen your front, back and side muscles to help you firm up your abs and core. Be sure to follow the alignment instructions to keep proper form, maximize results, and prevent injury. Right breathing during core exercises is also a key in order to gain more from the workout and to activate the deep core muscles more. The classes in the challenge are all Pilates-based and will tone your core, build lean and long muscles and give you deep strength in the whole core.
