Are you looking for a protein bar that is super quick to make and that has a lot of good fats and proteins? Why don’t you try these sticky, creamy and smooth vegan strawberry protein bars? This recipe is created by Ida Björnsund, a nutritionist that is focusing on easy-to-make food that are high in nutrients.

Time: 10 minutes (excluding cooling time)

Service size: 4 pieces

Ingredients

  • 2 dl cashews

  • 1 dl protein powder of your choice in vanilla flavor

  • 1 tablespoon freeze-dried strawberry powder (a couple of strawberries in total)

  • 3 tbsp coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. Soak the cashews for about 2 hours. Mix all the ingredients into cream, pour into molds, top with more coconut, and put in the freezer until they have congealed.
