Green machine smoothie

Do you want to reap all the muscle-building perks of your workout? Try this nutrient packed smoothie with both carbs and protein for optimal recovery. It contains banana that provides easily digested carbs and potassium, mango and kiwi for sweetness and Vitamin C, plant based protein powder, heart healthy fats from avocado, antioxidant-rich spinach and coconut water for rehydration.

Ingredients

Servings: 2 people

2 dl frozen mango chunks

1 large banana

2 dl coconut water or almond milk (Almond milk will make the texture more dense)

1/2 avocado

1 kiwi

1/5 lemon

2 table spoons vegan protein powder (Vanilla flavour)

Add probiotics and Spirulina for an extra super boost!

1 tablespoon spirulina

1 teaspoon probiotic powder

Instructions

Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on the highest speed until super smooth.
