We are so grateful that over the year our community has shared with us so many ideas on how we can make their workout experience even better. So we have listened to you and soon we are launching a brand new Withsara platform.

We want your workout experience with Withsara to offer you a sense of calmness and to feel like you’re walking into a beautiful space, and being instantly inspired and motivated to work towards your goals. The new Withsara platform will make your experience even more enjoyable.

We are looking for members to test the new experience out before we roll it out to the entire community. If you are interested, drop us a line.

Pregnancy and Postpartum classes

When your doctor has given you the go-ahead, exercise during and after pregnancy has countless benefits for you and your baby. To support you throughout your entire journey we have designed special classes dedicated to moms-to-be or new moms. The classes will be available in the coming weeks.

January challenge

I encourage you to stay consistent in your workouts throughout the year, but many women look at the beginning of January as a fresh start to re-focus on their health and well-being. That is why we have been creating an amazing January challenge that starts on January 3rd. The challenge will be 6 weeks and we will focus on setting a sweaty tone for 2022 and building a sustainable workout routine for the whole year.
