All you need to know about the September challenge

The September Challenge starts on Wednesday, September 1st, 2021 and when you join, we will work out together for 30 days with classes designed to help you achieve your goals and maintain long-term healthy habits. Join us and commit to your health and fitness at the beginning of the fall.

Why a September challenge?

September 1st often marks the beginning of a new routine. Summer is about over, perhaps kids have started school and your vacation is over. This is the perfect time to strengthen your workout routine and build the foundation for the winter.

The objective of the challenge

The objective of this challenge is to kickstart your workout routine for the fall, and get you into a nice rhythm of sweaty workouts, mental balance and clean eating.

How do you join the September challenge?

If you’re already training with Withsara, you can join the challenge by clicking on the September challenge in your member area and using the “Join the Challenge” button.

For those who are new to the Withsara membership, you will need to sign up for a free 7-day trial first, then join the challenge by following the steps mentioned above.

That’s it! Your first week of the challenge workouts will appear on Wednesday, September 1, 2021, and you will be notified by email.

Who is the September challenge for?

Whether you’ve been training with me for a while, or you're brand new to Withsara, there’s something for you in the September challenge.

The challenge is suitable for all experience levels. From beginners to experts. We even include modifications to each exercise to help you build strength and I will guide you through the classes to help you reach your goals.

What are the motivational emails?

Throughout the challenge, we will send you reminders to keep you motivated, talk about the upcoming classes of the week, and give tips on health and nutrition.

What do you do during the September challenge?

The challenge structure is simple. We work two days on, one day off. Your workout days will consist of Sara’s class, Barre, Yoga, Mobility, Mini Series and Withsara HIIT. As we move further into the program, the load increases to keep up with all your new strength. Here's what a Challenge week will look like.

Monday: Sara's class (30 minutes)
Tuesday: Mini series + Mobility (20-30 minutes)
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Withsara HIIT (20-30 minutes)
Friday: Sara's class (30 minutes)
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Yoga

The challenge is not about being perfect, it’s about continuing to show up for yourself every week. If you miss a workout for some reason you can also use the rest days to catch up on what you have missed. Find your way, be gentle with yourself and listen to what the body needs.

What if you miss the start of the Challenge?

The September challenge will be available from Wednesday, September 1. Most women enjoy starting on the official start date to be able to follow the challenge in real-time and get motivational emails.

However, if you’ve missed the start of the September challenge, you can still sign up and start when it suits you the best.

What happens at the end of the Challenge?

30 days of working out is a lot. It's important to reflect on what you think went well, and what you can do to improve. But most importantly, you have established a good workout routine and should use the momentum you have to continue to work out consistently. Once you’ve completed the Challenge we recommend that you jump straight into the Weekly schedule or create your own schedule out of the Withsara workout library.

Now you know what to expect during the September challenge, it’s time to join! Take this opportunity to care for your health and mental balance, and establish a good workout routine for the fall.

See you on the mat.
