About Withsara
Get to know Sara
Sara is the founder and owner of Withsara. She has been a fitness instructor, Barre teacher, and Yoga teacher for the past 10 years. As a former dancer, Sara has always had a passion for movement and has over the years designed a successful workout method that is a mix of pilates, Barre, yoga, and functional movement where the goal is to build and maintain mobility and strength in the body but also tone and lengthen the muscles and feel good in the body. As well as being an instructor she is also a certificated Nutritional health coach.
Her approach to wellness is influenced by her experience both as a mother of two but also after having trained thousands of women over the years. She knows how life can be busy and overwhelming and she wants to inspire women to make space for self-care and encourage women to consistently put in the work even though it is only a few minutes a day. Withsara is built with this in mind, to offer a fun, effective, and enjoyable workout to do from the comfort of your home.

Is to provide a safe space for women to experience a balanced and holistic approach to health and wellness.
Our method
The Withsara method is all about balance and overall health and wellness. We want you to enjoy your workout routine, do what feels good physically and mentally, and make your exercise a more meaningful journey.
Our approach to a holistic fitness routine includes strength and toning through pilates, barre, and HIIT classes, and mindful exercises, such as yoga, stretches and meditation — in other words, it's all about balance.
We bring this method together on the Withsara platform. Our classes are all about well-rounded training, where you do more in less time. That's why our classes are never longer than 30 minutes and you can choose what feels right for you when you show up for a workout or follow the Withsara Weekly schedule.
It's our goal to provide a safe space for women to feel through what they need to heal through, to let go of whatever is weighing them down, and to be inspired to work towards their goals.
Our instructors
To help inspire, grow and support our members, we offer new classes, taught by the most empowering instructors. Alongside Sara, Matilde and Annie share their wisdom within Meditation and Breathwork with our members and encourage them to bring more mindfulness into their practice and every day life.
